Press Release: CONSERVICE ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR OF MILITARY SOLUTIONS

Logan, UT - Conservice has announced the appointment of Coleen Sawaya as the Director of Military Solutions. Conservice formed the Military Solutions Program in 2009, providing over 13,000 military residential homes with customized utility monitoring and billing. The program continues to grow.

Coleen has worked in the utility management and billing industry since 1996, gaining broad industry expertise early in her career. She has worked in a number of positions that have given her experience with rates and regulations, corporate training, billing, and customer service. In 2005, Coleen began working with the military utility housing program, quickly becoming the leading expert in the military privatization program. Her vast military billing experience ranges from the billing process and rate verifications to baseline and utility allowance methodology and client trainings.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to have Coleen join our team,” said CEO Dave Jenkins. “She is truly the military housing expert in the industry. She brings a great deal of experience to the team.” Coleen is now part of the ownership group of Conservice, and has long-term plans to work with Conservice to expand the Military Solutions program.

Coleen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and an MBA from National University. She also holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
